We accept a wide range of gently used furniture and appliances, including sofas, chairs, tables, bed frames, mattresses, refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, ovens, and more. All items must be in good condition and meet our quality standards.
How do I get my items evaluated?
To get your items evaluated, contact us via phone, email, or our online contact form. Provide us with detailed descriptions and photos of the items you wish to sell. Our team will review the information and, if necessary, schedule a physical evaluation.
What happens after the evaluation?
After the evaluation, we’ll make you a fair offer based on the condition and market value of your items. You can choose to accept the offer for either cash or store credit. Once you accept, we’ll arrange for pickup or delivery and process your payment.
Do you offer pickup services?
Yes, we offer pickup services for larger items. After the evaluation and offer acceptance, we can arrange a convenient time to collect your items. Please note that certain conditions may apply, and pickup availability may vary depending on your location.
What condition do my items need to be in?
Items must be gently used, fully functional, and in good overall condition. We do not accept items that are heavily damaged, non-functional, or have significant wear and tear.
Do you buy brand-new items?
While our primary focus is on gently used items, we may consider brand-new items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details, and we’ll let you know if we’re interested.
